Where futures take shape
Wallis companies is an active partner and supporter of Great Circle, which provides innovative and specialized therapy and education programs for children with emotional problems and developmental disabilities. Great Circle offers a wide variety of treatment programs through residential care, foster care and specialized education from campuses in Columbia, Springfield, St. James and St. Louis, Missouri. Relay for Life
Wallis Companies has partnered with the American Cancer Society — Relay for Life — in support for many years. Relay For LifeŽ is a fun-filled overnight event designed to celebrate survivorship and raise money to help the American Cancer Society save lives, help those who have been touched by cancer, and empower individuals to fight back against this disease. During the event, teams of people gather at schools, fairgrounds, or parks and take turns walking or running laps. Each team keeps at least one team member on the track at all times.
Relay is much more than a walk around a track. It is a time to remember those lost to cancer and celebrate those who have survived. It is a night for people who have shared the same experience to comfort and console one another. Read more at www.relayforlife.org.
The Educational Alliance Program is an opportunity for Mobil branded retailers to support their neighborhood schools thru the donation of $500 grants. Educational Alliance grants can be used for a broad range of programs based on the needs of the individual school. Grants may be designated for special projects that stretch beyond academics such as projectors, recreation equipment, chemistry labs, athletic programs and to enhance programs such as Accelerated Math, Family Days, and tutoring programs. For the sixth year, Wallis Companies has been honored to provide the grants to local schools in our communities.
Wallis Companies partners with local schools, civic and church organizations, fire departments, law enforcement organizations and clubs in our community through donations and fund raising.
